As both a therapist and a business owner, I’m deeply passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys while continuing to grow and learn myself. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me outdoors—hiking, biking, running, or walking—or spending quiet moments with a good book. I cherish time with my husband, my playful cats, and my adorable nephews, who constantly remind me of the joy in everyday connections. My approach to life and work is grounded in balance, curiosity, and a genuine love for people and their stories.

Sonia Grovner, Therapist

Sonia is a dedicated therapist with extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to youth, families, couples, and individuals. Her practice is rooted in a strengths-based, client-centered framework that supports clients in navigating life transitions, building coping skills, and cultivating emotional resilience.

She works with individuals and couples seeking personal growth, healthier relationships, and effective strategies for managing stress. Sonia also provides therapy for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral challenges, partnering with them and their caregivers to create safe, supportive environments that promote healing and growth.

Her clinical style combines empathy, cultural sensitivity, and practical interventions drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM).
